History

Many of you who keep up with us know that we just finished homecoming week at Corinth High School. It was the last homecoming week with the four of us and it really made me think... How much life has changed since I was there seven years ago..

The biggest change is Catherine.. I think she has grown 8 feet. Looking back at the last seven years, the "girls" have been through a lot. We have changed on the outside but more importantly we have changed on the inside. Seven years ago I would of predicted I would of finished my accounting degree at Belhaven College and been on the fast track in business. Little did I know I was getting into education.

Many of you asking why the thought of change today? This morning I woke up and remembered what I was doing four years ago. My mother had called my 10,000 times as my aunt had airlifted to the hospital. I had no idea how my world would be changed. I have lost an aunt and mother since then. Going back to that day in the hospital I would have no idea that my future husband was there to experience the start of the roller coaster with me (yes, Jonathan and I were at the hospital together when my aunt was there and maybe said two words to each other). Looking back I have experience so much however, these experience have made me who I am. Writing this post I just ask you to thank God for each and every day that you are given. So many people have it worse than us, but we are so fixed up in how our lives are so bad. Be thankful and enjoy each and every moment. We never know when it is going to be the last!
